Hi! I'm Laura.
I know how hard it can be to live with chronic pain because I've been there myself.
After I was in a car accident, I was always in pain.
The doctors gave me medicine, but it didn't make me better.
Instead, it made me gain weight and feel depressed. I lost my happiness and felt frustrated with my body and my life.
One night, I was left home alone again. I was in too much pain to leave the house and have fun with my friends.
I decided it was time to take control of my health and find a better way to manage my pain.
I started to read self-help books and learned about different ways to help my body and mind, like yoga, medical qigong, energy healing, and positive thinking.
As I tried these new things, I started to feel better. I had less pain, more energy, and felt happier.
Because these techniques helped me so much, I wanted to share what I learned with other people who are also dealing with chronic pain.
I've spent years studying and practicing these methods, so I can help others find relief and feel good again.
When I work with people, I create special programs just for them, based on where they are in their healing journey.
I use simple techniques from different areas to help them manage their pain and feel better in their body and mind.
I want to help them take control of their own healing and build a better relationship with themselves.
I also help people through my Facebook groups and posts.
I share helpful tips, ideas, and support so that people can learn and feel encouraged, even if they're not working with me directly.
If you're dealing with chronic pain and want to feel better, I'm here to help you.
Together, we can find ways to make you feel more comfortable, happier, and full of energy.
We'll use techniques for both your body and mind to help you find relief and enjoy your life again.
Spoiler alert: the person in the photo isn't me! I'm still working on my modeling portfolio, so in the meantime, you'll have to use your imagination. Don't worry, though – I'll be updating it with a real picture of me as soon as possible!
