The Spark Within You Never DiesÂ
No matter how dark things get, your light is still there. It may flicker, it may hide, but it never goes out. I know because I've been in that darkness—and I found my way back.
You Are Worthy Of Your Own Love
For years I searched for love outside of myself, not realizing I was already enough. The moment I turned that love inward, everything changed. You don't have to earn your own love. It's already yours.
Healing Happens From the Inside Out
Your mind can be a noisy place. Thoughts swirl, doubts creep in, and chaos takes hold. But when you learn to quiet the noise and listen to your inner stillness, healing begins—and it touches every part of your life.
My Mission
My mission is simple: to help you remember the light that's already within you.
For as long as I can remember, people have trusted me with their stories, their struggles, their doubts. And when I look at them, I don't see someone broken. I see a spark waiting to be seen again.
I've been in the darkness. I know what it feels like to lose yourself, to forget your worth, to search for love everywhere but within. And I know what it feels like to find your way back.
That's why I created Sparkling Essence—to be the guide I once needed. To walk beside women who feel lost and remind them that their joy, their peace, their radiance never left. It's all still there.
My mission isn't to fix you. It's to help you see what I already see: that you are enough, you are worthy, and your spark will never die.

My Journey
Â
I wasn't always the calm, centered guide you see today. My path here was winding, messy, and sometimes very dark.
As a child, I was wild and free—happiest when I was outside, surrounded by nature. But as I grew older, responsibilities piled up. As the oldest of three, I became the helper, the caretaker, the one everyone leaned on. Somewhere along the way, I stopped taking care of myself.
I found escapes where I could. Running helped quiet the noise in my head—until an injury took that away. Books became my refuge, especially stories full of magic, elves, and other worlds. And for a while, I numbed myself in ways that didn't serve me.
In university, a friend's mother pointed out that I apologized constantly—even for things completely out of my control. That small observation planted a seed. Why was I always saying sorry for simply existing?
Then came the car accident.
It broke me in ways I didn't know were possible. Constant pain. Sleepless nights. Medications that made me unrecognizable to myself. I was lost in the darkest place I had ever been. One night, alone and crying in the dark, I thought about checking out completely.
But something inside me refused to let go. A tiny spark that still loved life. That still wanted to live.
That spark saved me.
It didn't heal me overnight. I was still in pain, still exhausted, still struggling. But I had made a choice—I was going to live. And I was stubborn enough to figure out how.
I wandered into a bookstore looking for answers and found a book on kundalini yoga. It reminded me of something I had almost forgotten—that years ago, I had learned Reiki with my mother. Energy. Healing. It had been part of me all along.
I started practicing yoga and meditation. Slowly, things began to shift. The weight came off. Sleep returned. The pain eased. I was coming back to myself.
I wanted to share what I had found, so I traveled to a yoga ashram. I lived there, studied there, and taught yoga and meditation to children at a local orphanage. It was there that I discovered medical Qigong, which led me deeper into traditional Chinese medicine, energy healing, and eventually sound and vibrational healing.
Every step of my journey taught me something. Every dark night showed me that the light never truly disappears—it just waits for us to find it again.
Along the way, I taught yoga and lectured on stress management to executives, hospitals, and universities—sharing how traditional Chinese medicine and mindfulness could bring relief and calm to overwhelmed minds. I loved watching people discover what was possible when they slowed down and listened to themselves.
One day, a university student asked me a simple question: had I ever been to China? I hadn't. Everything I had learned about traditional Chinese medicine and Qigong, I had studied in Canada. My yoga training had taken me to an ashram in the Bahamas, but I had never ventured further.
That question sparked something in me.
I started traveling—exploring new countries, learning from different cultures, and letting curiosity guide me. Today, my journey has brought me to China, where I live and travel with my dog by my side. I still coach, still teach, still guide women back to their spark—only now, I do it from wherever I am in the world.
Sparkling Essence was born from all of this. Every lesson, every struggle, every adventure. It exists because I believe that no matter where you are or how lost you feel, your light is still there. And I want to help you find it.
